Duluth Regional Care Center (DRCC)

We are a nonprofit organization providing residential and support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities.  Founded in 1966, DRCC currently serves more than 300 individuals in St.Louis, Lake and Carlton counties.

 
Our goal is to provide each individual with control over his or her life and to encourage each person to develop personal independence and strong relationships with others in their communities.
